Stefan Peller has 25 years of experience advising on M&A transactions, both as a corporate lawyer and as a chairman and board member of companies in Switzerland and abroad. He has successfully built and sold several businesses and understands the interests and needs of entrepreneurs when it comes to selling their companies. His extensive experience allows him to efficiently coordinate the various areas of expertise involved in the sales process to ensure the best possible outcome.

Stefan holds a licentiate degree in law (lic. iur. HSG) from the University of St. Gallen, an LL.M. (with Merit) from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and is admitted to the Zurich Bar.

Gianluca Airaghi is an entrepreneur and the founder of LT, among other ventures. He has been active in M&A since the late 1990s and has extensive experience working with and within startups. At LT, he focuses on business development and project management. He brings entrepreneurial, legal, and financial expertise to every project and is committed to successfully seeing each initiative through to completion. Fluent in several languages, he holds a doctorate in law (Dr. iur. HSG) from the University of St. Gallen and is admitted to the Ticino Bar.

Together with Gianluca, Paolo is a co-founder of LT. He has worked primarily as a financial analyst, investment banker, and asset manager. Over the past 30 years, he has gained extensive experience in company valuation, investment planning, and strategic development across a range of sectors, including investment banking, private equity, and private client asset management. His deep understanding of institutional investors’ mindset benefits our clients throughout the process. At LT, Paolo is responsible for the financial aspects of the sale process, as well as the management of data rooms. He holds a degree in economics from the University of Zurich (Lic. Oec. Publ.), is a Certified European Financial Analyst (CEFA), and holds a CAS in real estate valuation.

Remo Hugi has been working as an independent business consultant since 2004. As a certified auditor, he advises both national and international family-owned companies. With 20 years of experience in succession planning, he brings deep insight into long-term business continuity. As an active board member of several SMEs, he is well-acquainted with the complex governance requirements these companies face. He understands the needs of corporate clients within the context of multiple stakeholders. M&A is an integral part of his daily professional work.
